Planning development of a land of approximately 550 hectares, located in Monte del Pilar de Madrid (Aravaca, Majadahonda and Pozuelo), intended for residential use (two- and three-story houses), a golf course, different tertiary uses and the creation of a state-run facility, aimed primarily at promoting meetings with different international delegations and individuals.
